Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

  • No returns or exchanges: We do not accept returns or exchanges for orders because all products are custom-made on demand. This includes reasons like incorrect size, color, or a customer simply changing their mind.
  • Free replacement or refund for errors: If your order is damaged, defective, or has a manufacturing error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photos or video of the issue. We will then work with Printify to offer a free reprint or a refund for the affected item.
  • No need to return the item: You do not need to return the damaged product.
